Glider Flying One Day Course
This package gives you an introduction to gliding and submerges you into the gliding world. The day will include briefings and flying instruction covering such areas as airfield safety, effects of controls, and primary flight exercises

This experience will last a total of approx. 1 day, with approx. 45 minutes spent in the air. (We don't compromise on your time in the air. When comparing us with others, check the small print and the time actually spent in the air.)


For later dates, schedules will not yet be available and so you should have a wide selection of dates to choose from when you come to book.

What's included

This Gliding course will provide the student with the opportunity to get to grips with gliding and the instructor is also on hand to answer any questions that you wish!

* Signed Flight Certificate on Completion at most locations
* Counts Towards a Pilot's License
* Valid at ANY UK Location listed below

Special Conditions

Maximum Pilot Weight is 16 Stone (102 kg)
Maximum Pilot Height is 6' 6" (1.98 m)
Minimum Pilot Age is 14 Years (adult supervision required for under 16s on airfield premises)

Voucher

Each voucher entitles one person to participate in this experience. The voucher is transferable, which means that anyone can use it. The voucher remains valid for bookings for 9 months from the date of purchase. Please contact the operator using the details printed on your voucher to arrange a date for your event.

Booking your event

We recommend that you purchase your voucher and make a booking for your event at least one month prior to your chosen date. This is particularly important for weekend events.
