This experience will last a total of approx. 90 minutes, with approx. 60 minutes spent in the air. (We don't compromise on your time in the air. When comparing us with others, check the small print and the time actually spent in the air.)
Experience the thrill of flying an aeroplane yourself. After a safety briefing and under the guidance of a professionally qualified CAA flying instructor you will be given a thorough introduction to the basic flying manoeuvres and will actually take the controls for the majority of the flight.
At the end of the flight you will be given a commemorative certificate.

Flights take place from Peterborough Sibson airfield in the heart of beautiful Rutland, just off the A1, 45 minutes from London. We are right next to the Nene Valley Steam Railway and near to historic Stamford, Rutland Water and other attractions. A superb day out for the whole family
This activity is not recommended for those suffering from diabetes or epilepsy or for pregnant women. Maximum weight is 16 stone, maximum height 6'5". Wear comfortable seasonal clothing and flat shoes. All specialist equipment will be provided. In the event of postponement due to weather or to mechanical issues, the flight will be rebooked until completed. Please note that vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Each voucher entitles
one person
to participate in this experience. The voucher is
transferable, which means that anyone can use it.
The voucher remains valid for bookings for 9 months from the date of purchase.
Please contact the operator using the details printed on your voucher to arrange a date for
your event.
We recommend that you purchase your voucher and make a booking for your event at least one month prior to your chosen date. This is particularly important for weekend events.

It was very easy to arange the experience. Information was readily available on the internet and appointment was made at the aerodrome on the date required. I flew on this date, a phone call in the morning was quickly answered and we were assured that the flight would go ahead. When we arrived all the facilities were good from Car parking to Coffee. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the friendly and professional staff. The briefing was succinct, informative and friendly, the operator was very knowledgable, friendly but professional. I would /have recommend(ed)this to friends and relations. I was very hesitant before but am now a big fan, the whole experience was exciting, thrilling and enjoyable. We were encouraged to take lots of photographs and continie the experience as long as we needed/wanted. Thank you. I shall never forget this experience.

My partner who was left at the control tower was also well looked after...very knowledgable, friendly but proffesional.I would/have recomend this to friends/relations.
