Full hour trial flight in a 4 seater at Sandtoft

After a pre-flight briefing you will take to the skies for a full hour one-to-one lesson with your fully qualified instructor .Ideal introduction for someone thinking of learning to fly.Up to 2 friends/family members may accompany.

This experience will last a total of approx. 90 minutes, with approx. 60 minutes spent in the air. (We don't compromise on your time in the air. When comparing us with others, check the small print and the time actually spent in the air.)

After a warm welcome at the airfield and introduction to your instructor you will have a short pre-flight briefing during which your instrucor will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this first lesson ( or learning to fly).
You can also discuss with your instructor where you would like to fly (subject to any air traffic restricions on the day).
Then you will get chance to have a walk round the aircraft, maybe accompanying your instructor while he does the pre-flight check.
Then it's time to buckle up and take to the skies.
After the take off you will be invited to take the controls for yourself for as much (or as little) of the flight as you wish.

This hour will count towards your licence if you choose to contunue learing to fly so don't forget your logbook.

Up to 2 friends or family members may accompany the student on the flight, subject to weight restrictions and at the pilot's discretion.

Special Conditions

Minimum age 14.
Maximum weight 18 stone.
Under 16s must be accompanied on the airfield at all times.

Each voucher entitles up to 3 people to participate in this experience. The voucher is non-transferable, which means that only the person named on the voucher can use it. The voucher remains valid for bookings for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please contact the operator using the details printed on your voucher to arrange a date for your event.

We recommend that you purchase your voucher and make a booking for your event at least one month prior to your chosen date. This is particularly important for weekend events.
