What's included
The Firefly T67 260M built by Slingsby Aviation is an all composite construction two seat aerobatic trainer powered by a Textron Lycoming AEIO540-D4A5 air-cooled flat-six, producing 260 HP at 2,700 RPM driving a Hoffmann three-blade variable pitch composite propeller.
The large and powerful engine enables the aircraft to cruise at a normal speed of around 130kts and climb at rates in excess of 1300fpm. Side by side seating makes it ideal for training as does its predictable handling characteristics.
This is a very capable machine and needs handled with great respect! Remember, the primary role of the 260M in service with the RAF was that of basic combat trainer, so it is designed to be responsive and manoeuverable.
Your 70 minute aerobatic experience can be as gentle or as extreme as you like - the choice is yours! You can experience everything from gentle loops and rolls to more advanced aerobatics such as stall turns, barrel rolls, vertical climbs and descents and much more. After a 40 minute pre-flight briefing by your pilot instructor, you'll take off for a 30 minute flight with the precise level of excitement you desire!

transferable, which means that anyone can use it.
The voucher remains valid for bookings for 9 months from the date of purchase.

Blackpool flights are either
- Aerobatic Demonstration or
- Non-Aerobatic Pilot Lesson.
It is not possible to do both in the same flight.
Stapleford flights are Weekdays ONLY.

at least one month prior to your chosen date. This is particularly important
for weekend events.
